Professional service includes the following:
On-Site intervention	$95 first hr. + $24/extra 1/4 hr.
In-Shop intervention	$59 first half hr. + $18/ extra 1/4 hr.
Pick-up and Drop-Off	$35
Off-Hours and Rush intervention	add 30%
Windows reinstall ¹	$125
Windows reinstall with Data Backup ¹ ²	$225
Data transfer or migration to PC, DVD, or other media	$95 (up to 10 GB) ²
Data Recovery on working Hard drive	$125
Data Recovery on failed hard drive	call (see below)
Hard Drive Data Recovery Services Failed hard drive recovery for RAID, Servers, Exchange Servers, SQL Servers, PCs, Mac, and Laptop Hard Drives Service available. Hard drive data recovery typically takes 3 to 5 business days - Emergency service is available Recovered data are returned on a new 80 or 250GB external USB hard drive – no additional charge The prices above do not include the cost of parts. All prices are subject to change at any time. Price applies to in-shop work. Otherwise, hourly rates apply. ¹ WARNING: In a reinstall of Windows, all software is removed. The client will need to provide software CDs for reinstallation. Service includes installation of up to four software packages.
